To confirm the booking we ask for an advance
30% by international bank transfer. We will send you a confirmation email and a map. The balance of stay will be payable directly to the owner in € on the day of arrival.

The rentals in July and August are from Saturday to Saturday.
We ask that you arrive after 16h and departure must be before 10am in the morning.

The off-season rentals can be made on the date of your choice and the number of days you want without extra charge.

The taxes are a 1 € per person per day.
